Import rate default is the Ofgem GB-average Direct Debit cap for Apr–Jun 2026 (24.67p/kWh; rises to ≈26.1p from 1 July 2026 — update quarterly). SEG export rates vary widely by supplier. Self-use percentages are rules of thumb and depend heavily on occupancy patterns.
